The Polycom VVX 400 phone can support up to 12 line appearances. Add on available expansion modules to fully leverage busy lamp fields and speed dialing. Calls are enhanced through Polycom HD Voice technology, which offers life-like audio quality through the handset, speakerphone or a connected headset. Echo cancellation and background noise suppression further boost voice quality.

Applications available to the VVX 400 include calendars, instant messaging and presence indicators. Third-party apps offer an unparalleled level of productivity and performance. Use your phone to communicate like never before. Connect a PC to the switch port behind the Polycom VVX 400 to use your mouse and keyboard with the phone’s menus, settings and provisioning tools. The switch port supports PoE to power the phone, with an AC power supply also available.
